Common Questions, Clear Answers
Here’s what to know about Windows support, remote sessions, pricing, and the kinds of problems I can help with.
Which Windows computers can you help with?
I help with eligible Windows PC and software issues, including Windows 11 support. Tell me your Windows version and what’s happening so I can confirm whether remote help is a fit.
What happens during a remote session, and is it private?
You connect for the agreed session and can see what’s happening on your screen. Please close personal files and accounts you don’t want visible, and never share passwords you’re uncomfortable providing.
How will I know the price before we start?
I’ll review your request and confirm the service scope and price before a session. Published options start at $79 for up to 30 minutes; some issues may need additional assistance, which we can discuss first.
Can every computer problem be fixed remotely?
No. Remote computer support can help with many Windows, email, and software issues, but some problems need in-person service or fall outside what I can address remotely. I’ll be upfront if that’s the case.
Do you help small businesses?
Yes. I offer remote IT support for small businesses with 1–50 employees, including help with employee Windows PCs, Outlook troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 support, and common office software issues.
Still Have a Question About Your Issue?
Tell Me What’s Going Wrong
Describe your Windows computer, email, or software problem, and I’ll let you know whether remote help is a fit. We’ll confirm the service scope and price before any session begins.
